Pernyataan masalah:
The power to appoint and firing head of public institution i.e. head of Police, MACC, Election is rest upon one man which is the Prime Minister. This can be a problem if we have a PM who is corrupt and immoral. If we stick to this format, we will have IGP, Chief of Judge, MACC, Election Head who is like Kerbau dicucuk Hidung. We need an independant, really independant person to head public institution.
Nilai dan Kepercayaan:
I belief if we have an really independant IGP, Head Of Judge, MACC, Election.. The ministers will toe the Law, they cannot do as they wish. Because real check and balance is there. In the end, this will benefit the rakyat and country.
Cadangan Penyelesaian:
Make it a law that we have a Parlimentary Committee to select the nominees. Then it must be voted by the house.

Reference : US parlimentary committee on Selection of Head of Public Institution. President can fire but the House have a say in the appointment. The comittee session should be aired live via mainstream media. We should have this. Their way is fascinating.

Isu dan Polisi Semasa:
Kuasa untuk melantik dan memecat ketua institusi awam iaitu Ketua Polis, SPRM,SPR dan kuasa pelantikan terletak dalam tangan satu orang: Perdana Menteri. Ini boleh menjadi masalah sekiranya kita mempunyai PM yang korup dan tidak bermoral. Sekiranya kita mengikuti format ini, kita akan memiliki IGP, Ketua Hakim, SPRM, Ketua SPR yang seperti Kerbau dicucuk Hidung. Kita memerlukan orang yang bebas dan benar-benar bebas untuk mengetuai institusi awam.

Saya percaya jika kita mempunyai IGP, Ketua Hakim, SPRM, SPR yang benar-benar bebas. Para menteri akan menggunakan Undang-Undang, mereka tidak dapat melakukan apa yang mereka inginkan. Kerana cek dan keseimbangan sebenar ada. Pada akhirnya, ini akan memberi manfaat kepada rakyat dan negara.
Penyelesaian:
Jadikanlah undang-undang bahawa kita mempunyai Jawatankuasa Parlimentary untuk memilih calon. Maka mesti diundi oleh ahli Parliamen
